No Surprises Act

What is the “no surprises act?”

The No Surprises Act is a law that was created to prevent patients from receiving unexpected medical bills. As required by law, if you are not using insurance to cover the cost of treatment, I will provide a good faith estimate of charges. For more information visit www.cms.gov/nosuprises.

good faith estimates

Due to my status as an out-of-network provider, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate from me detailing my fees and probable frequency of sessions. I will send a renewed estimate at the start of each calendar year.
